Shipping Information
In-stock items typically ships within 24-48 hours after placing your order. Weekend orders of in-stock items are processed the next business day. We have made our shipping and handling prices and policy as fair as possible, so you can benefit from our every day prices plus the convenience of delivery to your door.
We offer three primary shipping options: Standard, Priority and Express. Because Priority and Express shipping methods involve air transport or weight, some items can not ship using these methods. These items are identified as (Shipping 20% of order) on the item description pages of items in FOUNTAINS category on our site.
We ship within the U.S. including Alaska and Hawaii. We are sorry , but at this time we do not ship to destinations outside of the United States.
We will not ship to a P.O. Box. All Cancellation requests MUST be in 24 hours of initial order.
After placing your order, you will receive a email confirming that we have received your order. You will receive a second email when your order has been shipped, with all shipping and tracking information. Please save or copy all email invoices for your records.
